During Your Visit

Our goal is to make your visit to the Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, LLC memorable due to our compassion, expertise and attention to detail. We want ACE to be your choice for all your gastrointestinal endoscopy needs.

When You Arrive

You will arrive at the Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, LLC from River Road via the entrance to Palisades Medical Center, 7600 River Road, North Bergen, New Jersey, and proceed to the “Visitor Parking” area, which is clearly marked as you follow the driveway. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you so that we may validate your parking before you leave. Your visit to ACE will typically last two to three hours from arrival to departure.

Enter the main entrance to the medical center and proceed to the security desk in the lobby. Inform the attendant that you are scheduled for a procedure at ACE. ACE is a private facility located within the hospital building, but it is not owned or operated by Palisades Medical Center. You will be given a visitor’s pass and directed down the adjacent hallway to the main hospital elevators. ACE is located on the fourth floor, which is clearly designated next to the number 4 button in the elevators.

When arriving on the fourth floor, turn to your left directly outside the elevators where you will see large glass doors labeled “Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, LLC.” Enter through these double doors and follow the hallway directly to our main entrance where you will enter our waiting room.

Sign In

Once you have arrived at our office, please proceed to the reception desk where you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff. You will be asked to sign in and present your insurance card and one form of photo identification (Required for identity fraud protection). You will also be required to present your Covid vaccination card OR negative Covid test.

Your visit to the Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, LLC will approximately last two to three hours from arrival to departure. While you are having your procedure, your guests may wait in the waiting area, or they may also visit the hospital cafeteria, gift shop or stroll along the River Walk which lines the west bank of the Hudson River. You must be accompanied on your visit to ACE for your procedure due to the safety guidelines involving post-anesthesia care.
