Direct Access Program

Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy’s Direct Access Program allows patients to schedule a screening colonoscopy directly with the center—eliminating an initial office visit.

Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths—with a 5 to 6 percent risk of developing the disease in one’s lifetime.

The risk is even greater if you have a chronic inflammatory disease of the colon, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, or a family member has had colon or rectal cancer.

The American Cancer Society recommends a colon cancer screening by colonoscopy starting at the age of 50. People with an increased risk should consider screening sooner. Please call (877) 363-6223 to schedule a screening today.
